FAQ

Common questions from new clients.

If you need something more specific, feel free to ask when you request a quote.

How do you calculate pricing for translation?
Pricing is usually based on word count, language pair, subject complexity and service level (standard human translation, MTPE, certified, etc.). For design‒heavy or multimedia work, we may also include formatting or studio time. Share your files and we'll send an itemised quote.
Can you provide certified or sworn translations? +
Yes. We work with certified and sworn translators in many jurisdictions and can issue translations on official letterhead with stamp, translator declaration and, if required, notarisation or apostille support.
How fast can you deliver urgent documents? +
For short, standard documents we can often deliver within 24–48 hours. Larger or highly specialised projects may need more time – we will always propose a realistic schedule and, when possible, a phased delivery plan.
How do you keep our terminology consistent over time? +
We create and maintain translation memories and glossaries specifically for your organisation. All linguists working on your projects are briefed to follow these resources, which improves quality and reduces cost on repeat content.

Can't see your language listed?

Our core list above reflects the languages requested most frequently by our clients. However, we are continuously adding new language pairs as we expand our network of translators.

If you need a less common language (for example, a regional African, Asian or Eastern European language that is not listed here), please contact us. We will check availability and let you know if we can assign a qualified translator or suggest alternatives.

Tip: When you contact us, include the country where you will submit your documents (for example, UK, USA, Canada, Germany, France or the Netherlands). This helps us match you with a translator familiar with that country's requirements.
Ready to translate your documents?
Share your language pair (for example, Urdu to English, Arabic to French or Farsi to German) and the purpose of translation (immigration, study, work, business or personal). We will reply with a clear quote, estimated delivery time and next steps.
